After the important absence of the India today their delegates had appear into the Conference, is a important fact because India has recently have more decision with the US sphere and seems that will be an important player into the final votes because it's in the middle of the two sides, and may be the key for the final treaty vote.
From here we are sol glad to have once again the India delegation working for the benefit of the mankind.
