This "breaking news" is just more propaganda. Such actions are expected from Al Jazeera type networks, but not from the BBC and the White House.

There is no evidence suggesting the ship is bound for Iran and the conjecture is purely put forth to interrupt international cooperation within the CD conference at ISU. The US wants to discuss disarmament while the rest of the world is there to discuss the non-weaponization of space.

Its odd that the country with hundreds of billions of dollars in military spending wants to avoid discussions of weapons in space.
